Michael Scanga is currently a Seminarian at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie and has been employed at Franciscan University of Steubenville since September 2016, where responsibilities include working at the contact center, serving as an Admissions Department Telecounselor, and assisting with summer conferences. In addition, Michael has gained valuable experience through internships at the Community Counseling Center of Mercer County and a psychology research internship at Franciscan University, focusing on implicit attitudes toward abortion. Since May 2015, Michael has been self-employed as a freelance musician, specializing in vocal and guitar performances within Catholic/Christian liturgical settings, as well as various popular music genres. Michael has also served as a musician for St. Joseph Parish Community in Sharon, PA, since June 2014. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, obtained in 2019.
