Jamie Prey

Jamie Prey began their work experience in 2008 as a Claims Review Specialist at Humana, where they processed medical claims and gained expertise in the field. They also developed a manual detailing procedures for processing prompt pay claims in Texas. In 2016, Jamie joined Associated Bank as an Operations Specialist/Operations Lead-Disputes, where they developed weekly forecasts for caseload processing and served as a liaison for customer disputes. They also managed pre-arbitration and cash advance control. In 2019, Jamie became a Business Line System Administrator at Associated Bank, coordinating critical security updates and reducing process inefficiencies through drafting SOPs. They also developed a monthly audit program. Later in 2019, Jamie joined Thrivent as a Business Systems Analyst-Document Generation, where they implemented procedures to eliminate field rep visits and reduce claim length. They also decreased routing errors through new in-house procedures. In 2020, they took on the role of Commercial Business Systems Analyst-Digital Transformation at Thrivent, further contributing to process improvements. Jamie's most recent position is as a Business Analyst - Systems at Community First Credit Union, starting in 2023.

Jamie Prey attended New London Senior High School from 1992 to 1996 and earned a high school diploma. They then went on to study at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on physical science within the field of study of Geography.
