Alison Gerardot

Alison Gerardot is an experienced professional in philanthropy and community programming, currently serving as the Chief Impact Officer at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne since February 2017. In this role, Alison focuses on building long-term relationships with fund holders and donors while developing strategic asset plans for the organization. Prior experience includes directing programming and events at Riverfront Fort Wayne, where Alison successfully implemented a two-year strategic plan and coordinated large-scale community events. At the Fort Wayne Dance Collective, Alison managed programs, developed fundraising plans, and created innovative arts initiatives for patients and the community. Alison's career began at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, working as an Adoption Specialist and Teen Parenting Case Manager. Educational credentials include a degree in Philanthropy from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, along with certifications in facilitative leadership and social innovation.
