Mia Davis

Mia Davis is an accomplished professional in the fields of sustainability, environmental health, and social impact, currently serving as Chief Impact Officer at Ollie, a human-grade pet food company, where oversight includes mission execution and sustainable practices. Previously, Mia co-founded Pact Collective, a nonprofit focused on responsible beauty packaging, and provided consulting services to various purpose-driven companies through Mia Davis Consulting. Experience includes pivotal roles as VP of Sustainability & Impact at Credo Beauty, Head of Environmental Health & Mission at Beautycounter, and Organizing Director for The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics, among others. Mia holds a BA and MA in Geography and International Development from Clark University, coupled with extensive advocacy and campaign leadership aimed at reducing harmful chemicals in consumer products.
