Katie Shultz is the Senior Director of Community Investments at the Community Foundation Tampa Bay. Prior to their current role, Katie served as the Executive Director of Grants Development at St. Petersburg College from January 2012 to December 2021. In this role, Katie was responsible for securing over $15 million dollars in foundation, state, and federal grants from organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Florida Department of Education, American Association of Community Colleges, and the U.S. Departments of Labor and Education. Katie also served as the Director of Development - Donor Relations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas County from June 2010 to May 2011. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated a commitment to developing programs that address community needs and supporting institutional values and priorities.
Katie Schultz has a Doctor of Education from the University of New England, a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Eastern University.
