Change And Development Manager at The National Lottery Community Fund

Andrea Stott has over 20 years of work experience in the field of funding and community development. Andrea started their career at the Big Lottery Fund in 1999 as a Grants Officer, where they assessed and managed grants in the health and education sectors. In 2002, they were promoted to Programme Manager, leading and managing funding teams for multimillion-pound grant and non-lottery programs across Wales. This included a significant joint European Funding Program worth £16 million. Andrea joined The National Lottery Community Fund in 2011 as a Senior Union Negotiator, representing and consulting members, negotiating with senior management, and promoting the achievements of the Prospect Union. In April 2021, they transitioned to the role of Change and Development Manager, where they shape and connects change efforts, delivers learning and development services, supports the apprenticeship program, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders. Throughout their career, Andrea has been known for their coaching skills, consensual decision-making approach, and focus on supporting individuals and teams.

Andrea Stott (she/her) pursued their education, initially attending Churchill Comprehensive from 1974 to 1985. The specific degree achieved during this period is unknown. Later, between 1985 and 1989, Andrea enrolled at Nottingham Trent University, where they successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
