Ben Baker

Ben Baker has a total of 11 years of work experience. Ben began their career in 2010 as a Knowhow Technician at Dixons Carphone, where they worked for 4 years. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Personal Banker at Santander UK. In 2015, they joined Midlands Arts Centre as a Senior IT Technician for a year. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an IT Technician at Ormiston Academies Trust. Ben then moved on to the University of Warwick - WMG, where they worked as an IT Support Analyst from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they returned to Ormiston Academies Trust as a Senior IT Technician until 2021. Currently, they are employed as an IT Security Manager at The National Lottery Community Fund.

In 2020, Ben pursued further education at Learning People where they obtained a Certification of Ethical Hacking & Various CompTIA Certifications in Information Technology, completing the program in 2020.

Additionally, Ben has obtained several certifications outside of their formal education. In 2020, they received the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council. In 2022, they obtained several CompTIA certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, and CompTIA Security+. Ben also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in 2022.
