Sandra Toussaint, MPA, CCRP joined the Board because CHC’s mission, to provide quality healthcare for all, aligns with her belief that a healthy populace leads to a productive community.
She has spent the majority of her career in clinical research, most recently focusing on document review and submission to ethics committees, the US Food & Drug Administration, and other regulatory bodies. Sandra sees life through an equity/equality lens and is involved in community activities, volunteers at school districts, and was a member of Equity Alliance for Achievement (EAACH) initiative.

Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit health center, which has grown to become the only local health care provider delivering comprehensive primary medical, dental and pharmacy services for low-income individuals and families through multiple locations in Snohomish County.
