Catherine Martin

Catherine Martin, RN, is a registered nurse currently serving as a per diem nurse at Community Health Center in New Britain, where responsibilities include administering vaccinations and providing patient care and education. In addition to nursing, Catherine is a graduate teaching assistant at Yale University, helping to demonstrate nursing physical assessment techniques and developing study materials. Previous experience includes a Notre Dame AmeriCorps Teaching Fellow at Saint Martin de Porres Academy, where teaching 8th-grade subjects and supervising enrichment activities were key responsibilities. Catherine has also conducted research in various roles, including managing a team focused on athletic injuries and assisting with studies on pediatric near-drowning incidents at Yale. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Nursing in Pediatric Nursing from Yale School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Biology from Dickinson College.
