Mark Mariano Deguzman

Mark Mariano Deguzman has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Mark is currently working as the Medical Director - Bronx at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center since June 2022. Previously, they worked at The Institute for Family Health, where they held multiple roles including Associate Residency Director from June 2021 to June 2022, Family Nurse Practitioner from June 2017 to June 2021, and Registered Nurse from January 2016 to June 2017. Mark also worked as a Hospice Nurse at Visiting Nurse Service of New York from January 2016 to August 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University School of Nursing from May 2014 to January 2016 and as an Emergency Department Nurse at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from October 2014 to December 2015. Furthermore, they were an Alumni Council Member at UNICEF USA from December 2011 to May 2014, an HIV Counselor at AIDS Healthcare Foundation from September 2012 to April 2013, and an AmeriCorps Member at LifeLong Medical Care from September 2011 to August 2012. Mark Deguzman also contributed to UNICEF USA as the George Mason University Chapter Founder and President from September 2010 to August 2011.

Mark Mariano Deguzman has a Master's Degree in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BS Nursing from the same institution. Mark also holds a Bachelor's Degree in BS Biology from George Mason University. Mark Mariano Deguzman completed their high school education at Freedom High School.
