Jennifer Doutre

Jennifer Doutre, LCSW, LADC, serves as an Advisor at Columbia School of Social Work, guiding 20 MSW students. In the role of Associate Vice President and Service Director at Community Health Resources since 2019, Jennifer oversees strategic planning for five adult outpatient clinical services, including the state's largest, and manages a budget exceeding $20 million. As a Board Member for the Connecticut Harm Reduction Alliance, responsibilities include leadership coaching, financial review, and grant writing. Previously, at InterCommunity from 2006 to 2019, Jennifer held multiple director roles, achieving significant improvements in intake processes and the implementation of trauma-sensitive treatment programs. Jennifer's foundational experience as a Social Worker at Mount Sinai involved cognitive behavioral therapy for clients with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
