Yuliana Perez

Yuliana Perez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare program management and community outreach. Currently serving as the NP Fellowship Program Manager and Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program Coordinator at Community Healthcare Network since September 2013, Yuliana oversees the daily operations of both Primary Care and Psychiatric Care fellowship programs, managing schedules and educational events for residents. Previous roles include supporting the Health Literacy Team and educating communities on health insurance options. Yuliana has also worked in various capacities, such as a Receiving associate at Samuel Aaron, a Tutor Counselor at Binghamton University, and a Physical Therapist Assistant at Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center.
