We specialize in community-based strategic plans for unhoused neighbors, focusing on shelter planning, safe parking, and safe outdoor space. We know that community engagement and buy-in are key for any measure to succeed.

Our end goal is to see communities thrive over the long haul. We help build capacity through grant writing, technical assistance, training and educational courses, and coalition building.
