Prior to this role, they held various positions at BC Assessment, including Director of Strategic People Programs and Manager of Learning & Development. Before BC Assessment, Lori was a Manager of Leadership & Supervisory Development at BC Public Service Agency. Lori also worked as a Learning Manager at the Ministry of Education & Ministry of Advanced Education and as a Learning Advisor at the Department of National Defence. Their early career involved working as a Trainer at BC Lottery Corp. throughout the years 1998-2002.
