The Quality Service Team at Community Living BC is dedicated to ensuring that the support services provided meet high standards of quality and effectiveness. The team, composed predominantly of Quality Service Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts, evaluates and monitors the delivery of services to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. They work closely with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery, address issues, and promote continuous improvement to help individuals achieve a better quality of life.
