Penny Canada is an experienced professional with a diverse background in caregiving, financial planning, and advocacy for individuals with special needs. Currently serving as a Caregiver and Care Manager at Community Living Centers since August 2015, Penny has also held positions as a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional at The Athena Financial Group and Financial Planner at Garrett Investment Advisors, specializing in financial security for families with special needs. Previous experience includes serving as a Staff Advocate for The Arc of Oakland County, where assistance was provided to families navigating special education and transition planning. Penny's career began in sales engineering at The Boeing Company, followed by sales roles at ITW - Deltar and American National Rubber - Wellco. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and further studies at Oakland University.
