Claire is a strong believer in fairness and supporting people to reach their full potential.

She completed her registration as an organisational psychologist at the University of Waikato in the late 90's and prior to joining Community Living in March 2014, has worked in public and private sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has over 15 years' management experience, including leading human resource and organisational development functions, and her remit has also often included Health & Safety, and Quality.

Claire is a pragmatic and inclusive leader who is focused on developing and implementing solutions that align with the organisation’s strategic direction.

She joined the Community Living team in March 2014 and is responsible for Quality, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Communication.
