Leeann Merlino Light

Leeann Merlino Light has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leeann began their career in 1981 as an Office Manager at Gaffney Communications Co. Inc. and worked there until 2001. Leeann then moved on to roles in the healthcare industry, serving as the Director of Human Resources at Loretto Utica Center from 2003 to 2006, and then at Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppes from 2006 to 2010. Leeann continued their career in the healthcare industry as the Director of Human Resources at LutheranCare from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Mohawk Valley Community College MVCC. Their most recent position is Vice President at Community Memorial Hospital, which they began in September 2019.

Leeann Merlino Light attended Utica University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Leeann also earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utica University at an undisclosed time. Prior to that, they studied at Mohawk Valley Community College from 1978 to 1980, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Management.
