Jana Baylis Sphr

Jana Baylis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jana started their career in 1999 as an Accounts Payable at RSI Logistics, Inc. From there, they joined Maner Costerisan Certified Public Accountants as a Senior Accountant in 2000, where they gained experience in payroll, financial reporting, and reconciliation. In 2003, Jana joined the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties. Jana held various roles, including Payroll and Benefits Manager, Human Resources Manager, and currently, Chief Human Resources Officer. In these positions, they supervised staff, ensured compliance with labor laws and regulations, provided support on contractual issues, and participated in union negotiations and grievance resolution.
