Emily Walston has had a diverse range of roles in the gaming and hospitality industry. Emily started their career at River City Casino & Hotel as a Slot Floorperson and later became a Slot Dual Shift Supervisor. Emily then moved on to Lumière Place Casino & Hotels as a Slot Supervisor before joining L'Auberge Baton Rouge in the same role. Emily then worked at Belterra Park Gaming & Entertainment Center as an Assistant Gaming Shift Manager. At Belterra Casino Resort, they served as an Assistant Casino Manager and later as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Community Mental Health Center, Inc.
Emily Walston attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Emily then pursued further education at McKendree University from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling.
