Katie McCartney

Katie McCartney has extensive experience in human resources and case management, currently serving as the Coordinator of Case Services and Employment Specialist at INcompass Healthcare since March 2016. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Innotrac as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included communicating policies and fostering a strong safety culture. Earlier experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at Gardens Alive, conducting interviews and managing job offers, and as an Account Manager at Staffmark. Currently enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College, Katie is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
