Aliana de la Guardia serves as the Development and Communications Manager at the Academy of Music Theatre, where responsibilities include creating sponsorship packets and managing communication strategies. As the Executive Director and co-founder of Guerilla Opera since 2007, Aliana has contributed to the ensemble's leadership and artistic programming, curating a repertoire of 40 new operas. Aliana also teaches voice at the Community Music School of Springfield, emphasizing empowerment for students from diverse backgrounds. Additional experience includes freelancing as a soprano vocalist, teaching various styles of singing at the Dirty Paloma Voice Studio, and providing private lessons at multiple institutions, including Wakefield Public Schools. Aliana holds both Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Vocal Performance from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
