Linda Spoon

Linda Spoon, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Community Progress Council since January 2023. Prior experience includes the role of VP of Human Resources at Calvary Fellowship Homes Inc from September 2021 to March 2023, and serving as SVP, HR Director at Riverview Bank from March 2020 to December 2021. Linda Spoon's extensive career began at Dauphin Deposit Bank as a Regional Training Manager from August 1987 to August 1994, followed by significant positions at Wilmac Corporation and Brockie Pharmatech as Human Resources Division Director/Compliance Officer until March 2020. Linda Spoon holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education, Training and Development from Penn State Harrisburg.
