Emilee Cronin

Emilee Cronin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Emilee started their career in 2010 as a Member Engagement Advisor at Life Time Fitness. Emilee then worked at various companies, including Equinox and Fitness Formula Clubs, where they held roles in sales and marketing. In 2013, they became an Assistant General Manager of Business Development at Wellbridge.

In 2014, Emilee joined Honor Hospice as the Executive Director of Operations and later became the Human Resources Executive at Encompass Home Health & Hospice in 2016. Emilee then served as the Director of Business Operations at Trail Winds Hospice from 2018 to 2022.

Currently, Emilee is the Human Resources Director at Community Reach Center, starting in 2022. In 2023, they plan to start their own business as the Owner & CEO of Magnetic HR Consulting LLC. Through their extensive experience, they have developed strong skills in leadership, operations, human resources, and business development.

Emilee Cronin earned a degree in Psychology with a field of study in Biology from the University of Northern Colorado, where they attended from 2005 to 2009.
