Community Roots Charter School
Rachel Costello is a Learning Specialist/Teacher with experience in special education, developing behavior management plans, and incorporating IEP goals into daily lessons. Rachel has worked as a Children's Yoga Instructor and Special Education Teacher, maintaining communication with team members and producing assessments for student development. Rachel holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education and Teaching from Binghamton University.
