MacKenzie Funke

Mackenzie Funke is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership development and client service roles. Since June 2019, Mackenzie has been contributing to the Milestones Group in Leadership Development. Prior to that, Mackenzie has been with Community Savings Bank in Iowa as a Client Service Associate/Lending Support since April 2016, demonstrating strong customer service and organizational skills while handling daily transactions and loan documentation. Additionally, Mackenzie has served as a Mail Center Assistant at Wartburg College since September 2015, utilizing communication and teamwork skills to manage mail delivery and cash register operations. Earlier experience includes working as a Delivery Driver/Clerical at Blakesley Drug from August 2012 to August 2015, where confidentiality and problem-solving abilities were essential. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and minors in Leadership and Public Health from Wartburg College, obtained in 2018, following a high school education at West Delaware High School.
