Nick Glew

Nick Glew has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nick began their career as an Anchor/Reporter for KCRG-TV9 in 2000 and worked there until 2006. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Private Banking Officer at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. Nick then became a City Council Member for the City of Marion, Iowa from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they joined Anderson Bogert as the Director of Marketing & Public Involvement until 2014. Nick also worked as the Main Street Director at Marion Chamber from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became the President of the Marion Economic Development Corporation, a position they held until 2023. Additionally, they served as a Board Member for Professional Developers of Iowa Inc. starting in 2018. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Lending at Community Savings Bank starting in 2023.

Nick Glew has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Media/Journalism, which they earned from the University of Northern Iowa between 1998 and 2002. Nick also pursued further education at the University of Oklahoma from 2016 to 2018, where they completed the Economic Development Institute program and focused on Economic Development studies.
