Lauren D'Amico

Lauren D'Amico is an experienced professional in the fields of strategy, data analysis, and homeless services. Currently serving as the Deputy Director for Strategy & Evaluation at Community Solutions, Inc. since August 2019, Lauren leads training initiatives on data analytics and performance advising. Previously, Lauren held the position of Director of Information Management Systems at CHANGING homelessness, where responsibilities included overseeing HMIS operations and facilitating data collection and reporting for funding resources. With a solid foundation in direct client assistance and case management from various roles at organizations such as SEARCH Homeless Services and ForKids, Inc., Lauren has developed a robust skill set in needs assessment, individualized service planning, and community outreach. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from the University of North Florida, alongside two Bachelor’s Degrees from West Chester University in Communication and Media Studies and Women's Studies.
