Devin Phillips

Devin Phillips is an experienced professional in social work and housing case management. Currently serving as a Housing Case Manager at West End Neighborhood House since May 2022, Devin develops life skills workshops and conducts weekly client check-ins. As a Residential Reentry Specialist at Community Solutions, Inc. since February 2021, Devin ensures the well-being of clients in a transitional facility and provides emotional support through empathic listening. Previous roles include Social Work Intern at Life Lines Division of West End Neighbor House, Social Work Counselor Intern at Widener Partnership Charter School, and Teaching Assistant/Tutor at Great Oaks Charter Schools.
