Lori Ruela

Lori Ruela, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Customer Relations at Community Surgical Supply since November 2020. Prior to this role, Lori held various positions at Extensis Group from December 2016 to November 2020, including Vice President of Human Resource Services, Director of HR Services, and Senior Manager of Human Resource Services. Lori previously worked at Community Surgical from June 2013 to December 2016 as the Director of Customer Relations and has an extensive background in customer service, having served as the Director of Customer Service at Allcare Medical from April 2004 to June 2013, and as a Customer Service Supervisor at PromptCare from September 1997 to April 2004.
