James's next role was at The Very Group, where they held various positions, including Finance Analyst, Senior Finance Manager, Head of Financial Analytics, Head of Customer Management & CRM Strategy, Head of Customer, and finally, Head of Finance - Financial Services, Customer & Marketing. James Catleugh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Wales, Bangor, between 1999 and 2002. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completing it between 2020 and 2022.
