Tim Neubauer is an accomplished education finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within school districts. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Business Services, CFO, and CSBO at Barrington Community Unit School District 220 since July 2012, Tim Neubauer oversees a $134 million operating budget and manages 13 facilities, supporting a community of 9,000 students and 1,200 staff members. Previously, Tim Neubauer held the position of Assistant Superintendent of Business and Finance at Oswego Community Unit School District 308 and served as Business Manager/Director of Operations for Community Unit School District 155. Tim Neubauer holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lewis University.
