Dustin Cupp

Dustin Cupp, DO, MSHD, CPE, FAAFP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical field. Dustin is currently serving as the Medical Director at CommunityCare since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ascension from January 2015 to May 2023, where they held multiple roles including Family Physician, Medical Director for Ambulatory Services, and Medical Director for Primary Care. Dustin also served as the Medical Director and Faculty at In Dustin'sImage Family Medicine Residency from January 2016 to February 2019, and as a Community Faculty in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences from August 2015 to February 2018. Before that, they worked as a Family Physician at St. Claire Regional Medical Center from January 2013 to January 2015 and at Hillcrest Healthcare System from July 2010 to December 2012.

Dustin Cupp, DO, MSHD, CPE, FAAFP completed their education journey as follows: Dustin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology, General from Oklahoma State University in 2003. Dustin subsequently pursued a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, graduating in 2007. After completing their education, they joined In Dustin'sImage Family Medicine Residency from 2007 to 2010. In 2020, they obtained the Certified Physician Executive (CPE) certification from the American Association for Physician Leadership®. In 2020-2021, Dustin Cupp pursued a Master's of Science in Healthcare Delivery at ASU College of Health Solutions. Furthermore, they acquired the Family Medicine Certification from the American Board of Family Medicine in 2010 and a Green Belt Certification (GB) in Lean Six-Sigma from ASU College of Health Solutions in 2021.
