Ricardo Deleon

Ricardo Deleon has extensive experience in the leasing and occupancy sector, currently serving as a Senior Leasing and Occupancy Specialist at the Community Corporation of Santa Monica since March 2018, after progressing through various roles including Leasing and Occupancy Specialist and Leasing and Occupancy Assistant. Prior to this, Ricardo held the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant within the same organization. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Associate at SMCP and as a Sales Professional at Bloomingdale's between February 2014 and April 2017. Ricardo pursued higher education at Santa Monica College from 2019 to 2022 and briefly attended Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas in 2011-2012.
