Malavika Rao is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer II at Commvault since March 2019, focusing on server-side and API documentation. Prior roles include Business Analyst and Technical Writer at Kore.ai, where documentation for product functionality and reference content for administrators were created, and Consultant Technical Writer at Walt Disney World, leading technical writing efforts for Epcot attractions. Malavika began a career in technical writing at EMC, contributing to various guides and release notes, and initially trained as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, gaining proficiency in Java and SQL.
