Kaiser Lars

Kaiser Lars has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kaiser began their career at Accenture in 1997, working as an Analyst and eventually achieving the position of Senior Manager. In 2008, they joined König & Cie as a Fondsmanager for Infrastructure & Institutional Investments, staying with the company until 2011. During this time, they also had a short-term role as Manager RollOut Germany at Bertsch Lead Management GmbH. From 2011 to 2013, Kaiser Lars worked as a Sales Consulting SME for Me, myself and I. Kaiser then moved on to the Markert Gruppe, where they held the position of Office of Strategic & Sales Influence from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they served as the Head of Professional Services at comosoft GmbH from 2016 to 2020. Kaiser Lars's most recent role is Head of Finance & HR at Comosoft, which they assumed in July 2020. Additionally, they have lectured at HSBA, University of Trier, and other institutions since May 2018.

Kaiser Lars completed their education between the years 1991 and 1997. During this time, they attended Universität Trier where they obtained a degree in Diplom Kaufmann, specializing in BWL (business administration). Additionally, in 1994, they briefly studied at the University of Grahamstown, earning a BCom Hons degree in Business Administration.
