Loïc Bonhoure

Deputy Managing Director at Compagnie des Alpes

Former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure de la rue d'Ulm, Associate Engineer of Bridges, Water and Forests Loïc Bonhoure, 40, began his career at the Ministry of Agriculture, notably as head of the budget office. He then joined Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of strategy, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Director of Mergers and Acquisitions of this institution since 2014, he has managed the strategic operations which have led to a profound reorganization of the Caisse des Dépôts portfolio (in particular takeover of La Poste and creation of a CNP-LBP bank-insurer, buyout of SFIL, creation of BPI, acquisitions of 49.9% of RTE, sale of SANEF and Belambra, increase in capital and sale of stakes in Club Med, etc.). On November 4, 2019, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Compagnie des Alpes and is particularly in charge of Strategy, Development and International. He is appointed Deputy CEO of the Group as of June 1, 2021.
