Helena Pinto has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the luxury goods industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Richemont since June 2016, Helena has held various leadership roles, including AVP Customer Service and North America Customer Service Director. Prior to Richemont, Helena spent over a decade at Jaeger-LeCoultre, managing customer service strategy, workshop administration, pricing policies, and logistics projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Export Manager at Bourgeois SA. Helena holds a Master's degree in International Negotiations from Aix-Marseille University and various certifications in customer experience and operational excellence from institutions such as COPC and Purdue University.
