Ismael Castillo

Ismael Castillo is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in controlling, financial management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Head of Controlling at Richemont since October 2022, Ismael leads the implementation of consistent controlling practices and provides senior management with insightful financial analyses. Previously, Ismael held various leadership roles in finance at GRUPO INFRA MX, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic planning and financial-commercial plans, and served in multiple positions at Mondelēz International, enhancing financial visibility and ROI. Ismael also has academic experience as an Associate Professor in Financial Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds an MBA from Universidad Anáhuac, complemented by a certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School.
