Theresa Ehle

Theresa Ehle is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and compliance. Currently serving as the AVP of Legal at Richemont since March 2018, Theresa leads legal strategy development and manages a variety of employment-related legal issues, as well as the legal aspects of distribution, retail, and e-commerce activities. Prior to this role, Theresa held positions at the ASPCA as Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment and at Garfunkel Wild, PC as an Associate, where responsibilities included managing labor relations, advising senior management, and defending clients in various employment matters. Theresa holds a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BBA with an international emphasis in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
