Thomas Loest

Thomas Loest serves as the Global General Counsel at Richemont, leading a global legal team of 140 professionals across various regions since April 2023. Previously, Thomas held titles including General Counsel International and General Counsel EMEA at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included forming a collaborative legal team of over 80 lawyers across multiple global regions. Thomas also served as Chief Counsel EMEA at Kimberly-Clark, Managing Counsel and Senior Director at Nike EMEA, Vice President Legal and Chief Counsel at SCA Hygiene Products and Georgia-Pacific, and Partner at Gleiss Lutz. Throughout a distinguished career, Thomas has specialized in Antitrust Law, Merger Control Law, and other legal disciplines, supported by a PhD in Law from Freie Universität Berlin.
