Marloes Weurman

Marloes Weurman is an experienced professional in coaching and counseling, currently serving as the Eigenaar of Weurman Coaching & Counseling since 2010, providing personalized guidance tailored to clients' needs. In addition, Marloes has been a freelance career advisor, trainer, and coach at Compagnon since 2015, contributing to comprehensive HR solutions. Previous roles include serving as an assessor and portfolio supervisor at NCOI Opleidingsgroep from 2014 to 2020, guiding candidates through EVC and EVP trajectories in psychology and coaching. With a background as a purser at KLM from 2007 to 2015, Marloes managed cabin crew and trained new staff, alongside a brief stint as a mobility advisor for the Ministry of the Interior in 2010. Marloes holds an ongoing Master of Science in Applied Psychology from NCOI University of Applied Sciences and previously earned a Master Coach/Counselor degree from the Europees Instituut.
