Samuel Pieters

Samuel Pieters is an experienced professional with a strong background in demand management, pricing, and supply chain processes. Currently serving as Jefe de Demanda y Precios at Volcán since February 2022, Samuel is responsible for developing and analyzing revenue forecasts to aid decision-making across five plants. Prior to Volcán, Samuel held positions at CMPC, where responsibilities included managing S&OP processes and corporate purchasing for multiple subsidiaries, as well as roles at Telefónica Chile focused on enterprise solutions. Experience also includes brand management at Trapitosdepie and coordinating summer camps with Grupo CDT. Samuel holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from UCAB and a diploma in Product Management from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
