We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies across various (European) markets, ideally in ERP. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive marketing initiatives that contribute to our company's commercial growth and success.

What you are going to do:

  • Develop and implement a pan-European marketing strategy for Microsoft Dynamics to drive new end-customer acquisition and migration business objectives. It includes developing the Companial Go-To-Market Center of Excellence, which aims to enhance Microsoft Dynamics partner efficiency in marketing and sales efforts by providing comprehensive guidance on Microsoft Go-To-Market resources, tools, and best marketing practices.- Educate and activate Companial regions and partners/resellers in top-of-funnel marketing development. Facilitate marketing and customer acquisition strategy optimization, implement go-to-market basics, set up and utilize Microsoft digital marketing assets and tools.
  • Design and execute full funnel marketing campaigns to drive awareness of Microsoft Dynamics, generate qualified leads for Companial partners/resellers and drive customer engagement maximizing all available resources from Microsoft.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights which are shared regularly with Microsoft in monthly review process.
  • Facilitate the Marketing Community among Companial partners/resellers by fostering knowledge sharing and communication, providing GTM updates, and promoting the adoption of best practices.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support marketing efforts. Enable resellers to execute marketing campaigns and use all Microsoft resources effectively and demonstrate business impact.
  • Lead the relationship with Microsoft EMEA and Companial local marketing teams to ensure alignment on common goals, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in different European regions.
  • Stay abreast of marketing best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and upskill local marketing teams and partner ecosystem on modern marketing techniques.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Demonstrated experience in building out Go-To-Market strategies and executing them successfully in European markets.
  • ERP experience in SMB is desired, as well as experience working within an indirect model. Ideally, the candidate should have at least 2 years of experience within the Microsoft Partner organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
