Malcolm M. has extensive experience in privileged access management and cyber security, currently serving as a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert at a confidential company since December 2023. Previously, Malcolm was a PAM Architect at Fidelity International, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a new Target Operating Model for CyberArk. At Protiviti, from January 2018 to August 2022, Malcolm guided a FTSE 100 Bio-pharma company's CyberArk implementation, encompassing various roles such as architecture, design, and stakeholder engagement. Prior roles include Information Security Consultant positions at XL Catlin and the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and a Technical Support Engineer role at Qualys. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from QUT, a Graduate Certificate of E-Crime Investigation from the University of Melbourne, and completed a training program in Courtroom Testimony at the Canberra Institute of Technology.
