Sarah Watson

Sarah Watson has extensive experience in recruitment and operations within diverse industries. Currently serving as a Recruitment Supervisor at Company Confidential since December 2018, Sarah oversees full-cycle HR recruitment for direct hire roles in the manufacturing sector. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Contractor at SIS from August 2016 to December 2018, specializing in direct-hire placements for the travel industry and utilizing various recruiting strategies. Earlier roles include Operations Manager and Senior Recruiter at TPS from April 2012 to August 2016, where Sarah focused on staffing for a wide range of positions, both temporary and direct hire. Sarah is an alumna of Scarborough College.
