Konstantin Makukha

Konstantin Makukha began their work experience in 2014 as a Junior Finance Analyst at H.J. Heinz Company, where they completed a finance trainee program in various departments across the Russian and South African regions. Following this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Rostagroexport, where they were responsible for financial and business analysis of plant efficiency. In 2017, they joined TechnoNICOL as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed the effectiveness of the current SKU portfolio. Currently, they are working at PIK Group as the COO, where they oversee large-scale public housing projects and leads the annual budget planning process for business units.

Konstantin Makukha completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration from 2008 to 2012. Konstantin further pursued their education at the European University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Banking & Finance from 2013 to 2014.
