Olga Vladimirovna graduated from the Construction Department of the Chuvash State University named after I. N. Ulyanov in the field of Industrial and Civil Building. In 2002, she received her second degree in the Moscow Institute of Consumer Cooperatives with a specialization in Accounting and Audit.
She received a supplementary vocational education on International Financial Reporting Standards and has the Chartered Certified Accountant Certificate in financial management.
She worked for large industrial enterprises of the machine and building sector, including in the capacity of the Director of Economics and Finance at Kanash "Promtractor-Wagon" CJSC, “Agromashholding” LLC that are a part of Tractor Plants Concern, at OJSC Sibneftemash in Tyumen.
In June 2014, Olga Vladimirovna was appointed the Financial Director of the Standard Business Unit “Mobile systems”.
