Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Marketing · NE, United States of America

Job description

Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your role will involve developing and executing strategies that nurture customers throughout their journey with CompanyCam. Your primary focus will be creating personalized and engaging experiences for users in trial and campaigns to drive expansion through upgrades and add-ons.

In this job you will...

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Create email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, always-on communications, and triggered messages.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer behavior insights to design experiments that improve campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform your strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, data, and product to ensure a clear and concise customer experience at every stage of the funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

You must...

  • Show up every day, taking the courage to do the difficult but necessary stuff.
  • Grow up constantly: you're OK working in an environment full of change. You take responsibility, love ownership, learn continuously, and have a growth mindset.
  • Do good by treating your co-workers and customers the way you would like to be treated.
  • Be technically savvy and hungry to learn the ins and outs of our platform quickly.
  • Have strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have some real-world experience in the bank, preferably 1-2 years working in marketing.
  • Be located in or around the Lincoln, Nebraska metro area.

It'd be nice if you...

  • Have experience facilitating cross-functional work with members of other departments.
  • Have previous experience working as a marketing manager.
  • Know your numbers and have a metrics-driven marketing mind.
  • Have experience with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot and Intercom.
  • Can write with the best of them (bonus points if you love the Oxford comma).
