Dustin Dobrowolski

Dustin Dobrowolski has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Dustin is currently working as an Analytical Account Manager at Insurify since October 2021. In this role, they proactively analyze partner performance, conducts contract negotiations, and identifies additional revenue sources. Dustin has successfully doubled the partner conversion rate and improved metrics within their first year.

Prior to their current role, Dustin worked at Cigna from February 2017 to October 2021 as a Sr. Marketing & Strategy Analytics Specialist. Dustin provided ongoing analysis and reporting of data to key stakeholders, optimized marketing/sales funnels, and developed predictive algorithms to support client and consumer acquisition. Dustin also maintained financial scorecards and management reporting for Dental DHMO business.

From March 2016 to February 2017, Dustin worked as an Assistant Product Manager at The Hartford. Dustin was responsible for sales metrics scorecards and workflow practices. Before that, they worked as a Business Consultant from October 2013 to March 2016, where they provided consulting services to clients.

Dustin's earlier experiences include working at Travelers as a Market Analyst from October 2012 to October 2013 and as a Pricing Analyst from May 2012 to October 2012. Dustin also worked at The Hartford as an Underwriting Assistant from February 2010 to April 2012 and as an AARP Customer Service Representative from February 2009 to February 2010. During their time at The Hartford, they received the Excellence Award in 2011.

Dustin Dobrowolski obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Central Connecticut State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in Coaching and Mentoring from the American Institute of CPAs.
